Fulfilment Options

Collect & Return in person

Drinking Water Test is purchased on the BHP website.
Customers call to our laboratory and collect the necessary sampling bottles.
Customers fill the sample bottles using our instructions and return to the laboratory on the sampling day.
We accept samples into the lab Monday – Thursday before 5pm

Deliver by Post & Return in person

Drinking Water Test is purchased on the BHP website.
BHP will post out the necessary sampling bottles to customers with instructions on how to take the samples.
Customers deliver the samples to the lab on the sampling day.
Samples are accepted into the lab Monday – Thursday before 5pm

Deliver by Post & Return by Post

Drinking Water Test is purchased on the BHP website.
BHP will post out the necessary sampling bottles to customers with instructions on how to take the samples.
Customers fill the sample bottles using our instructions and use the prepaid An Post express postage parcel included in the kit to return samples by post.
Samples should be posted Monday – Wednesday to ensure they arrive at the laboratory on time.

Please note that water samples should be analysed within 24 hours of the sampling according to International Water Testing Standards. If samples are posted to the lab we cannot guarantee that they will be received and tested within this time frame. Samples analysed outside of this 24 hour window may be compromised and a note will be included within the report stating this.

Results will be provided within 10 working days of the sample arriving at the lab.
