One of the most important measurements required in this industry is the assessment for trace elements in alcoholic beverages. We use ICPMS technology to complete this analysis. We also measure for the content of ethanol along with other organic compounds using GCFID and GCMS technology. This is complemented with routine analysis such as distillation, density, titrations, pH, and FTIR. Testing for ABV verification (alcohol by volume) is an additional quality control measurement that BHP complements its service offering with.
