BHP Laboratories is the largest independent materials testing laboratory in Ireland providing a wide range of engineering & scientific measuring, testing and analysing services to numerous industries throughout Ireland and the UK. We provide Plate Bearing Testing with the CBR calculated along with K Modulus of Subgrade Reactivity and associated values, such as EV, stiffness, etc.

All testing is carried out by experienced technicians on site, and the test is accredited by INAB ISO 17025. All BHP site technicians use our inhouse CBR App to determine the actual CBR % on site and confirm to our customers. All official test reports are delivered to agreed turnaround times. Our on-site testing is undertaken with a fleet of fully equipped vehicles and field operatives covering all of Ireland.
